Well, I just got off the phone with Winterfreak who is right now in Yellowstone at the 2006 Arctic Blast. He just told me a little bit about the new 2006 sleds and I wanted to be the first to report. So now off to the big news, or should I say a lack of big news. So far there has been only limited changes to the current sleds.

Here is what I know for sure.

The ZR 900 is back again with new decals ( black and silver )

The King Cat is back again, no changes, just new decals. Its mostly black. Yes, its still a 900.

The Firecat 600 EFI is now EPA compliant. Both the 600 and 700 have a new style secondary clutch for better top speed. ( no 800 )

The M6 and M7 have Re-valved shocks for better handling. Its supposed to have the best looking graphics of the 06s. Also offered this year is a choice of an attack 20 or a camo 2.25 track. (orange,black and green colors ) ( no M8 )

The M5 is now EFI.

The 2 up 660 now has a built in intercom. Its wireless and has the ability to play XM Radio and MP3. This gets transmitted right to the operators helmet.

This is about all that's new so far. Everything seems to be the same as last year with just new graphics. I have been told that there still might be a new model being held back for release tomorrow. I should know for sure in the morning. I have no idea what it might be. Winterfreak said its not looking good for the release of anything exciting, but he hopes something comes up. It seems that there is very little information about the spring check models. No one is talking about them. So this could be a good sign that information is being held back until tomorrow. I sure hope so. IM thinking if cat is still making the King Cat 900 again. It can only mean that there is nothing ready to replace it. I hope IM wrong.

Voilà pas de 1100 pour débuter. Rien de neuf sur la neige du Côté des Chats. Ce sera une année Yamaha et Polaris pour les nouveautés.

ils ont pas reussi a fair une machine plus vite que leur f-7 c'est pour ca qu'IL a rien de nouveau cette anné et de plus je suis sur qu'Ils ne savent meme pas pourquioi le f-7 est si rapide car si ils le sauraient ils feraient la meme chose avec leur gros 900cc qui marche pas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
